New this fall the club will be offering Karate on Thursdays and Sundays

Class 1 (Ages 4-6)

Beginning September 28th for 10 weeks

Thursday Class – 6:30pm-7:15pm

Sunday Class – 10:00am-10:45am


Students will learn the basic building blocks of martial arts and karate. This course will focus on improving basic motor and listening skills. Designed to be both fun and motivating!

Class 2 (Ages 7& up, adults welcome)

Beginning September 28th for 10 weeks

Thursday Class – 7:30pm-8:30pm

Sunday Class – 11:00am-12:00pm

Geared towards individuals that are new to martial arts & karate and would like to learn the basics and gain dojo experience. Students will learn self defence techniques, karate forms (katas), and high energy kick-boxing techniques. The goal of this course is to develop core martial arts skills, self-discipline, and a positive attitude to help students succeed in any future martial arts program.
