Pound Fitness has returned to Riverview Community Centre!
Fitness rebels of any age and every stage are welcome to join the band!

POUND workouts combine cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements as you pound out the beat with a pair of weighted drumsticks. Channel your inner rockstar as you lose yourself to the beat.

Here is what you need to know:

• Class size will be limited to 10 participants until proper spacing can be re-evaluated.

• Classes MAY be held outdoors, weather permitting.

• Masks are required at all times when not at your mat.

• A YOGA MAT IS REQUIRED (Dollarama sells them for $4).

• Proof of full vaccination and identification will be required.

• You must reserve your spot via picktime.

• Classes are Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Cost of class is $10

Half price for your first class, and if you’re in love, 9 class passes are available for $80, and will expire when the Club kicks us out!
