55+ Seniors Fitness at the RVCC

Winnipeg’s best 55+ exercise program is back Riverview!

Tuesday: 11-12. Participants perform seated and standing strengthening exercises using dumbbells, and resistance bands. Time is also devoted to balance and flexibility.

Thursday: 10:30-11:30. A faster paced Circuit Training class whereby participants perform one exercise after another with minimal rest in between. 

Drop in for just $7 per class!

Facemasks are mandatory.
