New this fall the club will be offering Pilates on Monday evenings.
Monday evening 7-8pm with Eva Quan
Starting October 16th for 10 weeks
This evening class will be a hybrid of Foundation Training mixed in with Pilates.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move well in.
Bare feet are ideal, but socks are just fine.
Bring your own mat if you wish.
Bring a yoga block, or a thinner yoga pad if you have (for kneeling work)
