This evening class will be a hybrid of Foundation Training mixed in with Pilates. 

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move well in.

Bare feet are ideal, but socks are just fine.

Bring your own mat if you wish. 

Monday evenings from 7-8pm with Eva Quan
Starting May 6th for 8 weeks; May long class on Tuesday

$60 for all sessions
