Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It is typically played on a rectangular court with a net lowered to 34 inches at the center. The game involves two or four players, who use solid paddles to hit a perforated plastic ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over the net. Pickleball can be played indoors or outdoors and is known for its fast-paced and engaging nature. The rules are simple, making it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels. The game has gained popularity worldwide for its social and competitive aspects.

Riverview staff (daytime) or key volunteers (evening) will set-up nets as well as provide balls and paddles for use during scheduled sessions.
