Drop-In Pick-Up Game!
Thursdays – June 26 to August 28
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Location: Riverview Community Centre Fields
Be part of one of the fastest growing team sports in Canada – Ultimate. This is a low-cost, accessible sport with a strong emphasis on sportspersonship and fair play. Ultimate is a non-contact team sport played with a disc (frisbee). Think of it as a mix between football, soccer, and basketball, but with a flying disc!
Join us this summer as we establish grassroots pick-up ultimate where kids can learn, play and have fun! We are partnering with along with Corydon, Lindenwoods, and Whyte Ridge Community Centres to grow this sport.
This program will be delivered in a Co-Ed model and targets kids from 11 to 14 years of age (by the end of the year).
