New this fall the club will be offering yoga on Thursday morning and evening:

Thursday mornings from 9:30-10:30am with Danielle Loewen

Starting October 5th for 10 weeks

A gentle yoga class geared towards older adults

Thursday evenings from 7-8pm with Stephanie Maxwell

Starting October 5th for 10 weeks

A slow flow restorative yoga class. Focus will be placed on breath, nervous system support and gentle release and opening of the body.
