Be part of one of the fastest growing team sports in Canada – Ultimate. This is a low-cost, accessible sport with a strong emphasis on sportspersonship and fair play. Ultimate is a non-contact team sport played with a disc (frisbee). Think of it as a mix between football, soccer, and basketball, but with a flying disc!
Join us this summer for our second season of a grassroots pick-up ultimate night where kids can learn, play and have fun! We are partnering with other communities to grow this sport.
This program will be delivered in a Co-Ed model and targets kids from 11 to 14 years of age (by the end of the year).
