Everyone is welcome to join us for part or all of this two day dance workshop taught by members of the Manitoba International Folk Dance Association.* We will teach dances from Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Lebanon, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Scotland, Turkey, & the United States. The weekend includes three workshops and a dance party at these locations:

Cost: $5 per session at the door
Registration: 30 minutes before each session
We will lead you in some easy warm-up dances followed by teaching a variety of line, circle dances, and set dances ranging from easier to more challenging. The dance party will be made up of dances requested by those attending along with dances taught in the workshops. Bring a pair of indoor shoes for dancing and a water bottle.
*MIFDA is a recreational dance organization run by volunteers where we learn and enjoy dances from many countries. We get together every Friday night at Churchill Park United Church and dance from 8:15-10:45.
