Let’s Work Together for Safer Streets
On November 5th, a 10-year-old student was struck by a driver at Osborne St. and Brandon Ave while walking to school. He was in the crosswalk, with the right of way.
He’s recovering after receiving stitches and will need some dental surgery, and we’re grateful he’s healing.
Incidents like this remind us that Winnipeg’s streets and traffic regulations need to better protect our kids and our community.
