Hatha Yoga

Explore various yoga postures to help you unwind from your day in this hatha style yoga class. Improve your posture, coordination, strength and core stability, while being conscious of your breath.
All levels welcome.

 JOGA

 Not your typical yoga class! You will be led through a dynamic sequence that accommodates the more tighter bodies and builds stability to the more bendy bodies. Your core strength and balance will be challenged by doing poses that incorporate holds plus movement. This class is great for yogis, fitness enthusiasts and athletes!
