Offering two different structures based on the day:
Tuesdays, participants perform muscle strengthening exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls and mats.
Thursday is a faster paced Circuit Training class whereby participants perform one exercise after another with minimal rest in between.
Tuesday and Thursday 11am with Ryan
